We are able to source mortgages from the whole market and offer a full range of products from each lender. So if you need a fixed rate, capped rate, discount rate, tracker, buy to let, lifetime or off set mortgage, we will be able to help. We can also source commercial mortgages for you to!
INCOME PROTECTION
Employing staff is expensive and many employers try and save costs when their staff are off sick by not paying them. Have you checked your contract of employment? If your employer does not pay your salary when you are off sick have you considered how the mortgage is going to get paid? An Income Protection policy may be the answer.
LIFE INSURANCE
If you are a couple buying a property then this is a no brainer. You need to make sure that in the worse case scenario that your significant other is not left worrying about how to pay the mortgage when you are not there. A must have for those who are single and buying a property. So many of us live from pay cheque to pay cheque and have nothing in place in the event of a critical illness. Make sure that you have the necessary cover in place. Cheaper premiums the younger you are.

Through a consultancy agreement with a respected legal firm I can negotiate your purchase, note an interest and make offers for you. Once we agree the heads of terms then the 9-5 work is carried out by staff within the legal firm of which I oversee.
